Self Talk – Do you talk to yourself like someone you love?

In this video, we explore how we talk to ourselves.  This is really important.  We should be our biggest cheerleader and our best consoler.  Unfortunately, many of us down play our accomplishments and beat ourselves up when we fall short of our expectations.  That kind of self talk sets us up to feel bad, to feel inadequate.  We should be our own best friend.  Watch the video and let me know what you think.
